Quick boiling for travel!
I LOVE this! I'm a flight attendant so I'm in hotels a ton. I hate using hotel coffee pots for coffee & hot tea water because of bacteria buildup and that plastic taste that not everyone (but I) notice. This travel boil thermos is a perfect solution! Just add water, plug in, open vent, and push button on front. After a couple minutes, the light will shut off when your water is done! Not gonna lie, I also use this at home in my bedroom when I don't want to go out to the kitchen for tea ๐

Convenient
I needed a small tea kettle for my studio apartment and this product size was perfect. I find the directions confusing though. Do I remove the lid to heat the water? How do I vent the kettle? The temperatures in the directions are not of any that I have used for over 20 years. I can adjust though. Because of the convenient size, I like the product.

Excellent for vacations!
I use this to make tea or coffee when on vacation. No need to do the early morning coffee run. I also purchased 2 food warmers, Hotlogic 16801169-BL for my wife and I. These come in handy when you have "left overs". We take it back to our room and warm it up for breakfast or a snack! You should purchase one per person because it takes around 15-20 minutes to warm up one meal.

Works, its convenient, low wattage
The kettle is very good and works well. The touch feature is nice. The outer body remains cool as it heats up. It uses low wattage comparatively to other kettles. This works with my power station that supports up to 600w.

Nice to travel with
It was nice having it my carry on. I filled woth water when I got through from the fountain. It took about 5-10 mins to get to a boil. I brought my own tea bags. The water stayed hot for quite a while. I highly recommend this if you travel

Handy and portable
This is very handy and portable. Remember this is personal size, so not a lot of water can be heated at the same time. The kettle itself can get hot.

Very easy to use. I use it for work
I use it for tea when I work. We don't have a break room and I looked for a portable water kettle. I found this thankfully. It's easy and lightweight so I can carry it for a while. Just fill it up, plug it in, and touch the sensor. I find 200 degrees is too hot for something plan on drinking right then, but 175 is my go to. Immediately drinkable. And when I inevitably get distracted, the water heater keeps it warm for when I can get back to it. My only "complaint" which is more like user error/responsibility is that I have to let it air out or wipe out the water so it doesn't get musty. Honestly, it's probably because the splash seal is so good. So when it boils it doesn't come out the top, as long at you don't over fill it. It's so quick too. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to heat as much water as I needed to, but with how quick it heats up that isn't even a problem.

Failed after a month
Great product until it failed after a month. Very handy as it plugged into my Toyota Tacoma inverter for bush trips. The help process to replace it was quite efficient. The seller on learning of the delay with the replacement item sent a brand new one by courier.I have upgraded this item to 5 stars because of the customer service going above and beyond to remedy my situation.

Open Carefully
The product is great. However, you really need to let the kettle sit for a couple of minutes after it boils. Otherwise the steam escapes very forcefully and you risk getting a burn. We use it for travel when we stay in motels as most motel coffee makers make our tea taste like coffee. We are happy with the product.

Quick & efficient
I used this to boil water for my tea when travelling. It works quickly and I have not had a problem with it. Itโs about the size of an average thermos, so it doesnโt take up much room and you store the cord inside it. Great buy and I highly recommend.

Instructions need an editor
I was really looking forward to bringing this to the office. When I had a chance to look at it after it arrived I was very disappointed. I will not keep any kitchen item that I cannot submerse for washing, or at least rinse well without worrying about where the water goes. This item is not submersible, so, NO, I will not find it "easy to wash" and I refuse to even try. I'm getting tired of finding kitchen food/drink prep. items that are not designed (at least the food/drink contact parts) to be put into water for washing. I have an e-reader that can be put under several feet of water, and that's an e-reader! We can get watches that can go under water.. we can get cameras that can go under water... So why can I not expect to submerse my kettle, or at least remove and submerse the part of it that I need to clean? Also, the lid has some kind of filter (?) contained within it that I am not going to guess whether it should be submersed for washing in soapy water, or rinsed, or how it will even get properly dry after moisture collects in it after use, (could mold ever find a home in there??) and there is nothing in the instructions regarding this. I am not going to do trial and error. The manual is far to brief and in need of editing as some of the text makes no sense at all.

Well built
I purchased this unit to take along on my extended road trips. I like to make tea in the afternoon and North American hotels rarely offer a kettle. This fits the bill well. Compact. Pleasing aesthetic and does what it claims without fuss. The only slight niggle is that it can be tricky getting the power cord to stay in the socket on the unit itself. Practice helps! Boil time is good given the low power draw.
