It’s oil so you have to just take it down as quick as you can. But this is cold pressed and came in the dark glass bottle. I can tell a difference when I use this regularly in my overall health. I’m also convincing my parents to use this too!

4 stars because it is packaged in a plastic bottle. Any quality organic oil should be in dark glass.

It has good taste. But container does not states where seed come from. does anyone has any idea

This may not be for everyone. I can't take fish oil either because it makes me burp it up all day and it's not pleasent. unfortunately this does the same for me. It may not effect everyone this way but if you know you get burp up with fish oil, this is no different.
