So far so good. Installed this fan motor along with a new dual-run capacitor and a new hard start boost kit. A/C runs beautifully. The fan motor was easy to install, the black/white wire connector for switching fan rotational direction was great to have and saved me a great deal of time, after I noticed the fan was sucking air in instead of pulling air out of the condenser unit. It is quite and does it’s job. I would have paid sound $600-700 for hiring a HVAC company to replace all three components. Instead I did it myself with less than $170 in parts.

The seller got this motor to me eleven days earlier than the estimated delivery time. It allows four different bolt circle settings and has all the hardware needed. The rotation can be changed by unplugging a connector and reconnecting after rotating 180 degrees. I cut the connector plug off the old motor and soldered the splices to the wires on the new motor. This was a replacement for a burned out fan motor on my condensing unit. Be sure to replace the capacitor too. It worked perfectly. An air conditioning company wanted 550 dollars to replace this 89 dollar motor and 14 dollar capacitor for less than an hour's work.

Had to replace my old fan motor and it's been almost a month and my AC is working great.

I have a small York exterior AC unit that recently died. It quickly became obvious that the only defective part was the aging motor. I verified the size, HP, and RPM speed before buying it, but several other sites claimed this was the new direct replacement. Installation was easy and performance has been great. The easy fan direction swap plug was a lifesaver when I noticed it wasn't moving air the proper direction when I first installed it.

The item was what I expected.

It says it's reversible but does not tell you how to reverse , anyone know thanks
