I bought this because Droste is unavailable, this is such a great cocoa, the bake goods with it are not only delicious but fudgy because this Majestic has 22% fat which not all Dutch process cocoas have. I am delighted with this product, in fact with all Guirardelli ones, highly recommended.

I purchased this after researching recs following the Hershey Special Dark Cocoa Powder shortage that is leaving my local grocer's shelves empty. This stuff is tasty! I will note that it feels more finely powdered to me, which I suspect is even better for many uses. As I type this I'm also reconsidering if I share this review - I'll be so sad if there's another cocoa product shortage in my future!Update: It's been a month or so, and this has become essential to my life as I now eat chocolate overnight oats for breakfast often. Ordered a second to have on hand, to ensure I don't run out!

This is my go-to for cocoa powder! The flavor is divine and a rich chocolate. I'll never buy another brand and will always buy the 'majestic' for any of our cooking needs. Makes a fantastic chocolate pudding, among other things. I'm on my second 2 lb container in less than a year. YUM!

Love this chocolate but way to pricey

Love this product. Easily melts-dissolves when making hot chocolate, rich flavor. Learned that care must be taken when baking. This is not the same thing as regular Hershey cocoa. It’s more in line with Hershey’s Special Dark where one uses baking powder instead of soda; or have to compensate by adjusting the acid levels when using baking soda.

I’ve been using 1/2 tbs with Vanilla protein shake mix, Fairlife milk 8oz, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, and one Truvia packet. Freeze for 20 mins. Best chocolate protein shake EVER! Huge amount, but will buy again if I run out!
