BrooksGhost 14 Peacoat/Yucca/Navy 8.5 B (M)

I’ve had several pair of this brand shoe and they are have great support. The only thing Brooks needs to do is put longer laces in the shoes where you can double knot. I had to buy longer laces.

Needed support, following broken ankle. Comfortable shoe great for power walks.

The shoes fit very well and are comfortable. This is the first pair of Brooks I have owned. I walk daily and they felt good but I’m withholding judgement until after I wear them a few more times on my walk

I've relegated them to around the house. The sizing is accurate 8.5b. But the platform doesn't have a comfortable foam. I wouldn't wear these to the gym or walking long distance.In this case, neutral means no support.

I'm 52 and have always wanted to be a runner but because it hurts my hips I have never been able to do it. However, I have kept trying over the years and decided it was now or never. Hip hurts every single time. It never occurred to me that it wasn't my hip but the shoes I was wearing. I bought these shoes after getting advice from a close friend who is a long distance runner. After my first run there was absolutely no hip pain. I've been running 2 miles a day for a couple of weeks now and no pain. I am a huge believer in Brooks shoes now.
