Slept great and vivid dreams on this stuff and felt refreshed in the morning, but the sprayer top broke and never worked right from the start but also the cyanocobalamin type b-12 kinda scares me bc it's not a super healthy choice of b-12, so if they had a methy type or and of the other better types then I'd be all about this product!
