I chose this after looking at dozens of tea mugs with matching infusers. Although some of the others I considered had a more pleasing and elegant shape, I chose this one because so many other customers had praised it, and because it has a larger capacity than many of the others.When the mug arrived (securely packed), though, I really fell in love with it -- the fine quality of the ceramic, the ease of holding it (with that oddly shaped handle that at first had put me off, and the ease of cleaning the infuser convinced me that I'd made a good purchase. The strange-looking handle actually turns out to be quite comfortable, providing a place for your thumb so that you can keep a good grip without burning your fingers. And the odd shape of the mug itself makes it very stable when you set it down.However, that doesn't mean you can't break it. I was heartbroken when, just a couple of weeks after getting it, I dropped the mug in the sink while washing it and the handle snapped off at the top of the rosewood grip. But, due to the unusual design of the handle, I found that I could still grip and carry it, so I continued to use it. Meanwhile, I researched the best glue for ceramics and purchased some Gorilla Super Glue (in the "micro-precision" bottle) and, after just four tiny drops and a few seconds to let the glue set, my mug is now as good as new.Just a couple of things to point out to prospective buyers:1) although the mug's capacity is 13.5 ounces, when you brew tea in it, you will wind up with only about 10 or 11 ounces, because of the space displaced by the ceramic infuser. Without the infuser, of course (for instance, when drinking other beverages), you can fit more in it.2) The rather thin ceramic of the walls of this mug do not retain heat very well, so your tea will cool pretty quickly. I tried reheating tea by putting the mug in the microwave and found that the handle got hot along with the tea. If you drink a lot of tea, and like it piping hot, you may prefer to brew in something that will keep your tea hot (I use my electric coffee maker and a steel infuser) and use the mug for drinking, without the infuser. I use it both, depending on how much tea I plan to drink, so it works well for me.

Easy to make one serving of tea. Easy to clean. Tea stays hot when the lid is on and it doesn't leak any tea or steam out.

Love everything about this mug. It was perfect for tea and coffee. The colors are bright and pretty. The size works great for the amount you want for each use. It doesn’t stain and is very easy to clean. The infuser is large and great for bags and loose tea. It is easy to fill and remove when steeping is done.

The cup was exactly what I ordered, holds heat well, and brews a nice cup of tea. Very happy

I have had this delightful and beautiful mug for about a week now, and so far I am very happy with it! It is the perfect size for a large cup of tea. The feel of the mug is very nice and I love the wooden handle! I appreciate the light color interior because I enjoy seeing my tea! Two small drawbacks- one is that the ceramic tea diffuser only has holes on the bottom. This isn't a huge issue but it likely doesn't allow the herbs/tea to mix as well with the hot water. Additionally, if you push the diffuser back down into the tea (as I sometimes do to get all the flavor mixed around) it will force the tea up and may spill out of the mug. I also worry the diffuser could break soon because it is ceramic. The second con is that it does not keep my tea as hot for as long as some of my thicker-walled mugs do. This is not a huge issue because it does stay plenty hot for as long as I need it to, but I did test with a thermometer and it was about 5 degrees less then my other favorite mug. For now I am really enjoying this mug. It makes me feel happy using it!

really enjoy the ZENS Tea Cup with Infuser and Lid for Loose Leaf Tea. The embossed ceramic design is both elegant and sturdy, and the 16.9oz capacity is perfect for my daily tea routine. The integrated infuser is a fantastic feature, making it easy to brew my favorite loose leaf teas directly in the cup.One downside I encountered is that I accidentally broke the lid. It’s a shame because the lid is a great feature for keeping my tea warm and allowing for easy transport. I would love to see an option to purchase a replacement lid so I can continue enjoying this excellent tea cup without any issues.Overall, this tea cup is a great blend of style and functionality—just a small improvement needed regarding lid replacement. Highly recommended for tea lovers!
