Good on wireless fast charging

This is my second Anker power bank. I had assumed that it’s a good, well known brand so I has bought two - one MagSafe and the other is regular with digital display. The digital display one concked off some 9 months from purchase - Anker replaced it with a refurbished one which is working as of now (been about a month, was under warranty - warranty will be over in two months) The second MagSafe one has stopped charging (meaning it’s not getting charged after suddenly losing charge) today - about 10 months from purchase. Will log a ticket tomorrow and I’m sure I will get an apple style refurbished replacement. However, the bigger worry is why they fail so much. I noticed after searching that their power banks have had many recalls in the US. Not sure I will buy this at least in India in the future. Update as of 31 July 2025 - post the above review, Anker wrote to me initially saying they will offer a refurbished replacement and maybe a week later saying they will refund. Since then I have followed up twice and have been told the refund will arrive in 2/3 days. Today again they have said refund will happen in 2/3 days. It’s looking like a case of the brand taking an Indian customer lightly as we have weak consumer laws (have had much better experience with Dyson and with Ecovacs for separate class of products and with Stuffcool for similar class of products). Very disappointed. Downgrading rating to 2 star from the previous rating of 3. Recommend not to buy. Update 17th Aug 2025: Downgrading to 1 star. Anchor and Amazon continue to play football with the promised refund. I get communication from Amazon saying they are trying their best and from Anchor saying Amazon is to blame but zero progress. I have lost faith in Amazon too. Intend to take legal action as the amount is substantial enough. Good intentioned folks but either powerless or careless.

Good product

Mild heating problems but is ok

As I recieved the product, I saw battery level not adequately charging the phone, luckily i checked the Capacity of advertised product is 10000mAh but powerbank sent to me is 5000mAh, seeing this , I immediately contacted amazon, sent pictures of powerbank. They agreed to replace the product. Now the tricky and disappointing part, they want to pick the product immediately but deliver new product after one and half months. And if you order a new one, still its available as a one day rush delivery. So If you buy new, we will give you immediately, but their fault of shipping wrong one, customer has to wait for like 1.5 MONTHS??!!! since customer has no option and has paid money prepaid. So please check what battery pack as it comes to you. Capacity may be different than advertised. Only side panel of product shows in very fine print. Also this heats too much.
