Doesn’t work on stubborn chin hairs but great for eyebrows

Had high hopes for these tweezers - they were advertised as the best for gripping very short hairs, etc. Unfortunately, I have reverted to my old metal Rubis tweezers as these new ones do not grip at all. Very sad. I will be returning these. I was hoping they'd be better than my old ones based on the description, but no.
