Nice convenience compared to dumbbells. I workout more with these bands.
Good quality and features like rotating and pivoting handles. After workout its nice to hang the bands on the door knob rather than having dumbbells that need to have a dedicated space and have to be put away. Same said for starting a workout, oh its to much trouble to get the weights out, well just grab the bands off the doorknob and start. Includes a handy chart of exercises. I want to comment on bad reviews I think are questionable. These are for exercise and shouldn't be compared to dumbbell weights. People say they dont match up with the weight shown on the bands, these are variable resistance depending how far they are stretched when you start. Dont pay much attention to the pounds, just grab the next band if its not enough for your workout. And as for breaking I think people are using these like dumbbells muscle building. Ive been using them for a month before giving a review and I cant imagine breaking one when used as intended... for exercise! I say good value too.

Nice resistance band set
I considered this HPYGN Resistance Bands set for a while, then based on the reviews, decided to pull the trigger. I'm no beginner when it comes to resistance bands, but I'm looking to do rehab, so this sounded like the perfect set for me. As I was rehabbing due to injuries and hospital time, I was happy if the set offered about half the resistance, and that's about what it offers - so figure it will add up to 75 pounds with all the bands in use. These are thinner rubber, so it makes sense they offer lower resistance. I quite like them, and unexpectedly, the handles have just the right amount of padding and are quite comfortable. For those who want to beef things up a bit, you can attach full-sized carabiners to the smallish ones on the end of each band, and from there, you can attach any attachments you might have at home. If you want to stretch your bands extremely, you might want to get a thicker set of bands, as the thinner material could tear on a long, long stretch. I have never abused any of my bands, so this wasn't an issue. \ There was one downside I ran into. The door anchor fabric is too thick to use with most of our doors. I've used several brands of door anchors successfully with our doors, so the space between the door and the door jam isn't unusually thin. That being said, I have several door anchors that I can use, but if you don't, it's something to consider. This is a great set of resistance bands - good for beginners, rehabbers or anyone for whom 75 pounds total is enough of a workout. There's enough attachments to give a great workout for pretty much any body parts. Btw, I do want to mention that my set of bands had virtually no smells of any kind - a win. You might want to consider the door anchor (read paragraph above), but otherwise this is a decent set. And for the price I paid, which was under $20, I couldn't be happier.

1 year Life Span?
They work. Not sure how long they should last? I have had three of them snap on me this week while doing chest flies. 30, 40 and 50 pound. On average i use them 3 to 4 times a week. I have had them a year and three months so I guess I got my money's worth? They store easily, they work for a wide range of exercises and motions. I guess quality wise theu are decent. Now I need to order more....

These Resistance Bands Accidentally Turned My Bowflex Into a Science Experiment (In a Good Way)
I’ve been using these resistance bands both on their own and alongside my Bowflex, and they integrate surprisingly well. The bands add extra tension at the top of movements where machines and weights usually feel easier, which made familiar exercises noticeably more challenging. The set includes multiple resistance levels, handles, ankle straps, and a door anchor. Everything feels sturdy, and the clips and bands haven’t shown any signs of wear so far. The bands stretch smoothly and don’t have that “about to snap” feeling some cheaper sets do. They’re also easy to store and travel with, which makes them useful for quick workouts or mobility work on rest days. If I had one nitpick, the carry bag is a bit small once everything is inside — not a dealbreaker. Overall, this is a practical, well-made set, especially if you want more resistance options without adding bulky equipment.

Product looks as advertised
I can't find anything wrong with these exercise bands/tubes. They are tubes but the site calls them bands so not really sure what to call them. It's like surgical tubing that we used to make wrist rockets with. I like the variety of strengths. I give a 4 for durability due to the size of the little carabiners that connect the tubes to the handles. Those are light to medium weight and I will be surprised if they do not fail. I have used similar carabiners in other applications and the gate springs fail eventually. I will probably go to Home Depot and get some stainless steel ones that I know will hold up. Also, because they are so small, when you clip the handle D-ring into the tiny carabiner, you have to then rotate the carabiner around so the webbing at the tube end will fit inside of the biner and not open the gate. Anyway, it's not a big deal but it would have been nice to have a nicer clasping system. I have some other tubes that have nice stainless clasps that are shaped more like a sailboat swivel snap shackle and they are very robust. The stitching is good but the webbing is not as strong as the older ones I have. Again, I doubt this will create an issue down the road but it just gives the equipment a cheaper feel. I'm sure it will hold up alright though. The tubes I am replacing just are getting older and one day when I was doing curls, I might have needed to add another tube or maybe I should not have stretched it out so far but the tip broke off and the tube went flying. These newer tubes have the weight resistance stitched onto one end so that's handy to be able to pick up the tube and see what the resistance is since they are all colored similarly (gray and black shades). I have not used them in a real workout yet since they just arrived yesterday and I only opened them today. I got them to be able to work out when I travel. Using tables and chairs in hotel rooms leaves a little to be desired. I would recommend these to anyone but if I were to buy again I would look for some with stronger looking clips on the ends of the tubes. Just my opinion. Lastly, I was going to get the bar they advertise with these but decided instead to pick up a one inch diameter wood dowel from Home Depot alone with some stainless carabiners and some 1/4" hemp cord. I wrapped the handle in the cordage and attached the carabiners to the end with small U-bolts and it works really good. I could have spent $29 or whatever for the fancy bar but I like this wood one and it reminds me of something Rocky would have used to train. lol

It works
Works well but only complaint is resistance starts a little late in the movement I have to distance my feet a little wider for the proper resistance thru the whole movement.. like shoulder press is fine but side laterals its no resistance halfway thru the movement other then that the door anchor works well and looks great the quality I'm not so sure as I've only used it for a couple of days
