I had difficulty sleeping later in my first pregnancy and tried this to help. It was the only way I could sleep well. It definitely wants your legs up if you're on the taller end. I'm 5'8 and it doesn't go more than halfway down my thigh if there isn't the curled up look. I loved using it and haven't stopped using this pillow though. It just helps since I toss and turn at night. I never need to worry about repositioning the pillow to be just right, just move your arm so the correct arm is under the pillow and you're golden.

I realize this is for pregnant women. However, I have had surgery and needed support for my belly. It is wonderful for this. It is soft and comfy and you can turn it to whatever position is best for you. I love it.

It came in a small package and when opened it expanded to size. One part where it was twisted during delivery never filled and it didn't fill up nearly as big as the picture. It's about the with off my hand. Getting rid of this one and trying another brand. :(

Came right when it said, so comfy, even considering keeping it after I give birth since I like cuddling with a pillow.

1. It came packed very tightly in a air tight bag.2. When released from thr bag I thought it would expand and take shape, but it never did. It stayed floppy and not full as shown in the picture.3. Provides no support no comfort.!4. DO NOT BUY

I got this pillow because I'm a side sleeper, not because I'm pregnant. I was looking for a body pillow that would alleviate pressure on my hips when I sleep on my side. The body pillow came in vacuum sealed into a small brick and once I removed it from the packaging it did begin to fluff out. However, after about an hour of it being out of its vacuum sealed packaging it didn't fluff up any more and the pillow was still kind of on the flat side. This thing is not firm or even offer much support. I really like the color and style of this pillow so it was disappointing that it isn't fulfilling my needs. I think it can be saved if I buy a couple bags of poly-fil and jam it into the body pillow, but I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BUY POLY-FIL.
