The cooker performs efficiently and has been reliable for regular cooking needs. Recently, I noticed that the safety valve was missing, which was a concern. I immediately contacted the Agaro customer care helpline. I would especially like to mention Ms. Anusmita, whose kind and supportive approach made the process smooth and reassuring. She guided me properly and ensured that I received the correct replacement part. Agaro delivered the required item within the stipulated time, which reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction. I sincerely thank Ms. Anusmita Madam for the excellent service and support rendered. Overall, I am satisfied not only with the product but also with Agaro’s customer service.

You people must know that although Agaro has a wide variety of choices available across the product line but they lack in after sales service pathetically. They do not have a dedicated customer support. They rather have outsourced their customer support to a company called USL as a result of which the people sitting there don't have any knowledge about any product neither they can offer you any satisfactory solution. when my imperial electrical pressure cooker one button of Rice didn't work, they told me they don't have technician available so I should get it repaired by a local technician, if not I can replace the product at 4500/- when I try calling them none of them including their so called supervisor Ms. Suchandra also doesnot pick the call. Now how wud I be assured that the product will be delivered after making the payment that to on a link sent to me by the USL,specially when there are so many cyber frauds are happening now a days. So I asked I want to opt for COD. But then again no reply from them. So before buying anything from Agaro remember if it malfunctions then you lose completely.

Agaro imperial electric pressure cooker is very handy product for use, it saves your time by cooking 2 dish at the same time, saving your time and electricity, its very useful for newly mother, job holders hosteliers ,its feature of automatic on off and keep warm is most beneficial and no whistle sound very helpful for mothers having small kids, the only cons of product is it doesn't on its own after electricity cut off, otherwise very useful product
