Problème avec le ballon

J'aimerais êtres recontacté car j'ai un soucis avec ce ballon , j'ai acheté ce ballon en mars pour mettre sur une étagère ( jamais utilisé en extérieur ou jeter ou quoi que ce soit ) et le ballon s'est degonflé ce qui n'est pas normal..
