Does this package include an audio cable? mini stereo to rca, or something like that?

Only the power cable and speaker wire to connect the 2 speakers are included. An RCA or 2 TRS cables are needed to connect to equipment. There is also a stereo mini 3.5mm connection for a input to the speakers.

How do I connect these to my laptop if I want a wired connection?

It comes with a cable to connect the left speaker to a computer's headphone jack. The right speak is then connected to the left via (included) speaker wire.
