I put it on when I get up for work.And it's dark out. It's very bright. It works well. Very inexpensive and worth it

If your serious about light therapy you need 15,000 Lux. The ones I tried that were 10,000 Lux were not bright enough to make an impact on my mood. Aside from the theraputic use of this panel it makes a great light at the bedside stand. It has color warmpth and diming features and controls are right up front, visible and easy to use on the panels face. It can set ambience in a room. It is light weight and its size and thinness make it easy to pack with my laptop. This is the only panel I tried that exceeded my expectations.

Works great and just as powerful as you'd expect it to be. Super easy to adjust the intensity. There are different levels and color temperatures.

It’s a little too small for me, but it works nicely! I’d say despite the size, it’s comparable to a Verilux. Only thing is that it doesn’t provide directions nor does it tell you what each lighting does for you. There are 3 different lightings and 5 different brightnesses for each one (IF, I’m counting correctly), which is cool. There’s a timer of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 minutes, it has a stand, and a plug. Someone also mentioned that it doesn’t provide UV rays. It’s not supposed to!!! Happy lights are meant to mimic natural light, not give you cancer! Imagine UV rays hitting your eyes with this light. UV rays are toxic. That’s why sunglasses exist. It’s easy to turn on and off. Just tap the on/off button! And the look is sleek. Pretty standard and nice. I would give it 4 starts for the lack of directions, not necessarily the height or anything else but I gave it a 5 overall. It’s great, and it gives you 15,000 lux of light in terms of brightness instead of the standard 10,000. You get a ton of use of out this little thing, it has great quality, and it’s worth it! Just know that it’s smaller than a standard Verilux light if that helps.

I loved it. It had different settings to make it really bright or really low. It had a timer on it that you could set from 15 minutes all the way up to an hour. I liked because it was touch control. Very simple to use.

Super bright, pleasing light color, easy button use, variety of settings with timer is a bonus.

Bright enough and did notice a bit of a difference on my mood during the first use. Just gotta be consistent on using it for mood improvement. Good value for the money.

This light looks like it is of good quality and has what seem to be useful settings. However, the instructions are almost nonexistent. Basically, it tellls you to plug it in and nothing else. I had to search for where to attach the power supply to the light.. It doesn't tell you what the different colors are for, how long is best for your purposes, what the different brightnesses are for, absolutely nothing! If you're not familiar with these things, I'd suggest buying one that gives better instructions.

I got this for my son and it is helping. It works very well, has a timer and levels of brightness. It is slim looking and easily transported.

Intéressant, programmable et choix de couleurs

I just got it about 1 week ago. It has been great. I like that I can make it very bright, or not as much. I can change the colour tone. Easy to use. So far, so good. Great value!
