We have customer that do re-use these seals. FlareSeal act as a crush seal with several points of connection along the flare surface. However, I would recommend going with a new seal for the best long term connection.

Will these work for r32

I think you are asking "will they work for R132 freon" and yes they will if you are using a flair connection to your AC unit. R132 does not run nearly as high pressure as 410 so just a well made flair is probably all you will need. I've used these but have mixed feelings about them. Sometimes they work great. But for a zillion years, the flair connection worked perfectly without them, IF it was made well with a good flair tool. You might also look at this product as an alternative.
