Ok so I have been an avid user of the more expensive brand of white strips. I saw the reviews on these and the price literally cut in half so I had to give it a shot. When I received the box of strips it also had come with a blue light device to fit in your mouth. And that was it. There were no directions. It was infuriating actually because on other sites for this particular brand they offer gel pens and you then use the light. The strips are 30 minutes on your teeth according to the back of the package. But the light device goes off automatically after 10 minutes. So what am I to do? I applied the strips and then put the light in. Once I took out the light the bottom strip came out with it...each and every time. So that didn't work. I cannot seem to find a manual anywhere so I've been setting a timer after 20 minutes and then putting the light in my mouth at the last half. I don't know if this is correct or not. I think I can see a difference however. So that makes me feel pretty good about that. I think in the future it would be nice to have real directions. But so far with the results I've definitely noticed some results that make it worthwhile.

I have had a couple of different ones before but they had batteries and eventually stopped working even after replacing the batteries. This one is sooo sweet that you use a usb cable to charge. No more batteries!!😁. I have veneers on my front top four and I know it says that it would not help but I have used this brand before but with only gel and I think it did help. I have only used once so far and it will I’m sure take a few times to whiten more. Thank you for a great easy to use product!

So I get the little combo kit with because it was reasonably priced. I wasn't expecting much but woah did I noticed a difference from first use and to be honest, I wasn't expecting that. So yes it works. The instructions are pretty bad. One will set will say 10 the strips will say 30 minutes. I only did 10 minutes and it really works its definitely visibly whiter.

I drink a lot of tea. So I ordered this product to try. I liked that it has the strips vs the gel. The first time I used this it was very easy to use and the results were amazing. I use it a couple times a month for up keep. If I have a special occasion I used it every other day. Love love love this product.

Fairly easy to use. Just follow directions. Notice the difference in teeth becoming whiter with each use.Bought the replacement gel as well. To keep it up.
