I chose these because I was tired of the ouch right at the end of urination. They're small flavorless pearls easy to swallow. They also aid in regularity. This brand I found had so many more cultures besides the usually ones I've seen listened on other probiotic brands. Im now a big water drinker in addition to these. Men can ultize the regular Pearls which also aid in colon health and regularity.

I love these probiotics. Easy to swallow, cute tiny pearls. I have better gut health and digestion just after one week. I feel more balanced and cleaner down there, too. The plus side of taking these too, is that I noticed my adult acne is clearing up. With the price point I believe it does the job.

Giving 3 stars because it does work far as helping with PH Balance and overall digestion but it was making my pee soo dark and had a horrible strong smell like an UTI (wasn’t a uti) it smelled like a chemical and ammonia smell so I had to stop taking it
