Good for some kinds of home upholstery
This is upholstery foam and is good for gluing to plywood and then covering with dog-friendly fabric. I run the fabric around the corner of the ply and staple it. I used it for a sleeping platform for an SUV. An inch of foam is better than sleeping on wood or carpet but now I use it as a base for another sleeping pad. two inches might still be too thin for comfort except for the dogs. This is a good value for the money. The one inch thickness can be cut fairly accurately with a straightedge and a sharp box cutter. For thicker foam, it is best to use a foam cutter, which is like a jigsaw with a vertical cutting blade.

Great product
This phone came rolled and compressed in the box. It only took a few hours to expand fully once it was out of the box. It was easy to cut to size with a serrated kitchen knife. I used it under my sofa cushions to give a little extra support. The foam is dense and gives great support

Good product
The shipping packaging left something to be desired but the foam was used for replacing worn out foam on a boat. I could only use one edge due to the shipping of the package. Even let it breath for 2 days before using.

VERY FIRM but major improvement over our old unsupportive couch cushions
Our current couch wasn’t offering any support anymore. The springs under the cushion were fine, but the foam cushions had broken down over time and were causing back pain. Since we can’t go couch shopping in-person during Covid but didn’t want to have continued back pain, I wanted to try just replacing the foam for now. We were nervous about the comfort not being able to test it before buying. It is VERY FIRM! I may have bought the medium density instead if I had been able to test first, but my husband likes it as-is and probably over time I will too as it softens up. You will definitely want to wrap the foam in Dacron/batting.The seller does offer a cutting service (for a fee) but I was nervous to do that since my foam had compressed so much over time and I wasn’t sure the dimensions would be exact. The other reviews were right, it’s very easy to cut yourself. I used a long serrated bread knife and was able to cut each cushion and get the cover back on in 15-20 minutes. I even have enough leftover to make a little dog bed. It’s not a clean smooth edge like the factory could have done, but it’s hidden by a cover anyways, so I don’t mind.It arrived a couple days after I ordered, rolled in a box. It immediately popped up to the correct size (dimensions were exact to what I ordered) and did not have any strong odor. Definitely recommended if you need to replace old couch cushions or to create new.

Made a nice firm mattress
We went shopping for an extra firm Queen size mattress due to our backache issues and found the firm ones at mattress stores exorbitantly priced. So we gave this high density foam a try and ordered two of these with dimensions of 30 inch x 96 inches, cut their length to 80 inches. Cutting to 80 inches was super easy with a sharp long knife. So with two numbers of foam of 30 inch width x 80 inches length placed side by side, it fitted our Queen size bed frame ( 60 inch x 80 inch) perfectly. We placed put a 2 inch Gel memory foam on top. A nice mattress cover was all that was needed then. Soon we had a "good extra firm mattress" firmly supporting us. Quite happy with the end result of getting what we wanted at less than half the price.
