Q: Does item come completely assembled, in a box or would assembly be required?

Thak you for your inquiry. This unit ships in 2 boxes. One will have the platform and the other will have the bars. The bars will need to be attached to the platform.

Q: Want to order these parallel bars for my adult granddaughter to use at home, could 2 packages be layed on ground and carried into home easily?

Thank you for your inquiry. This unit ships in 2 Boxes and is delivered LTL Freight. The freight company will bring them to the front door, but not inside the house. The dimensions of the boxes are 98 x 41 x 6 103#'s and 86 x 10 x 9 110#'s. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Q: We do not have a dock at our clinic. Can we unload this ourselves?

Thank you for your inquiry. Parallel bars can be delivered with a lift gate option. The bars would be lowered to the ground and left at the entrance. You would then be responsible for bringing it inside. To arrange for a lift gate, please contact us between 8am and 5pm cst.

Q: What is the max width and height adjustment of the handrails?
