This works great & very easy to use

I was pretty stoked to get my hands on this MOLD ARMOR E-Z House Wash—my siding was starting to look like a science experiment gone wrong, and I needed a hero. And honestly, this stuff delivers! It blasted through the grime on my house like a champ, and the hose attachment made it easier than trying to herd my cats on bath day. My place looks sparkling clean now, and I didn’t even break a sweat. Four stars for the cleaning power, no question.But here’s the thing—when I opened the box, it was like the bottle had sprung a leak worse than my neighbor’s gossip. Half the product had spilled out, leaving my porch smelling like a chemical pool party. I get it, shipping can be rough, but come on, this thing was thirstier than I am after a Taco Tuesday margarita binge! I had to mop up the mess before I could even start cleaning my house, which kinda killed the vibe. If it weren’t for the leak, this would’ve been a solid five-star winner. Pack it better next time, folks—I’m not running a car wash.

I had green algae on mold forming on the vinyl siding on my house. I tried a competitor's brand of cleaner, but it did not give me the result that I wanted. So, I turned to this product and it was much better. You just hook this product up to your hose and it does all the work. It is very easy to use and has an amazing reach. depending on the nozzle selection you use, it can reach about 8 to 10 feet. Once hooked to the hose, you can shut the water off, rinse, or apply the solution. You know you are applying the solution because it has a soapy appearance. It also has a very strong bleachy smell to it. The solution lasts a pretty long while. I cleaned the entire side of my house twice, with some to spare. The bottle also does not leak when transported or move like some of teh other similar products that I have used. I applied the solution using the connected hose, waited 15 minutes and then rinsed. A lot of it came right off, but I wanted perfection and did a second application using the same cycle. You see the green and black gunk roll down the side of the siding. It was like magic. I highly recommend this product. It is one of teh best in the business and I have tried quite a few.

I was a little disappointed by how small the bottle was. However, I used it on our 2800 square foot, 2 story house, 2 coats, and had a little left over for the front porch railings. I did 1 coat and let it sit for 10 min. It came off, but not all of it. So, I did a 2nd coat and let it sit for about 20-30 minutes and algae came right off. We have very high vaulted ceilings and this was able to reach the highest peak. Made pressure washing a breeze....we didn't even use our pressure washer. I am buying another to have on hand for the cars and camper!

I’ve used MOLD ARMOR E-Z House Wash before and was really impressed—the first bottle gave excellent results and could spray easily up to 20 feet, just as advertised. It made cleaning brick, siding, and concrete super easy. But this time around, I’m disappointed. The spray doesn’t reach nearly as far, and the cleaning power seems weaker than before. It feels like either the formula or the spray design has changed, and not for the better. It still works to some extent, but definitely not the same strong performance I got the first time. If this is a new version, I hope they bring back the old one—it was far more effective.

Very pleased with this purchase. It saved me from renting a power washer to clean the concrete wall that was getting all green and mildewy. I got this because I have plants/flowers against the wall and no damage was done. Took a couple sprays and some elbow grease with scrubbing with a brush but it came out so well and in no time. I took someone else’s advice and sprayed with water first, then the cleanser, waited 5-10 minutes, scrubbed with a brush, then rinsed. Worked great but didn’t initially think it did anything. Be a little patient. It does work and saved me a big hassle of renting the power washer. This bottle will last me several years too.

This stuff is miraculous! My 2 story house is lemon vinyl. Tuff to keep clean & I’ve invested thousands in pressure washer, ladder, and extension equipment. Even the best equipment couldn’t get it completely clean. Add to that my neighbor who doesn’t take care of his pool which helps algae to grow on my siding. I bought this because I had previously used the regular version on one side of my house with adequate results. This stuff…💥. I was in disbelief! Siding like new! Even stuck glue used by installers of my sliding patio door that would not come off by any means, machine or the regular stuff, was gone! Cleans it to the bone! House looks amazing and all I did was follow instructions! Don’t even need a ladder. Highly recommend for vinyl siding! Note: this product review is ONLY for the blue nozzle and cap that clearly states “down to the roots”. They tried to send me the lower strength stuff when I reordered and I sent it back having used it before.
