The watch itself is really nice, but for the £80 price mark I would have expected a few things to be different1: I would have thought it would have came in a proper box not just a stupid pouch thing and then stuck in a thin cardboard sleeve.2: I would have expected a better strap it came with a cheep rubber one that I had to buy a decent leather one insteadAs I said the watch itself is brilliant just some small quibbles from me.

Bought this watch as an temporary replacement but ended up being my main one.Great look, stylish...all and all it's a great purchase. Thanks

Terrific great value

Modern looking watch with an easy to read face, easy to operate and set up, too. Adds a small pop of colour (The yellow) to my otherwise black work uniform. Slightly larger than the watch I'm used to wearing (Up from 42mm) but it's comfortable.

Purchased this watch as a Xmas present and it turns out that it doesn't keep the time properly, losing around half hour every 24 hours. Contacted Amazon customer services for a replacement but apparently they cannot offer a replacement despite still having the same watch for sale. I suspect that the issue is that the watch cost £36.88 before Xmas and is now for sale for £99.99. I explained that it was mad that they cannot replace and that as my contract as with Amazon directly (according to the Invoice) they should be. Anyway, long story short, eventually the customer services rep agreed to refund me £99.99 to allow me to purchase a replacement. Bizarre but OK. Then the agent left the Live Chat. The 2nd customer services rep offered to process the refund but when i asked her to clarify, it was only for the £36.88. After more back and fore, they agreed to £36.88 refund plus 3 months Prime refund, around £65. This still left me short of having enough to be able to replace the watch so i asked that the issue be escalated. The 3rd customer services representative? Would only refund the original £36.88 - leaving me nearly £65 out of pocket to replace the watch........a watch that doesn't work. I asked 4 times for information on how to make an official complaint. Ignored. When i pushed them on it they eventually gave me an address to write to. I asked for a transcript of the conversation - not able to. The watch doesn't keep time which clearly is not good for a watch but i suspect that its just a one off obviously or the brand would have a terrible reputation. The review is more about how bad the customer services department are and they're apparent reluctance to replace faulty goods, contravening the consumer rights act 2015. Shameful and very surprised and disappointed.

I like the look of this watch, expectations weren't too high as it is a budget item but the Sekonda watches big push on advertising is about them being good value and not unnecessarily expensive. Simple plain packaging on arrival, the watch looked nice straight out of the box. There's no real weight to the watcher strap, I don't mind that I'm just after a reliable daily wearer.Unfortunately, after my first use on holiday playing in a paddling pool with my daughter the watch misted up. Clearly not waterproof to 50m.I made contact with Sekonda who replied promptly and I have paid to post the watch to them for them to have a look/repair it. Apparently as it was bought via a third party, Amazon, they won't replace or refund. If it not repaired I can always send it back to Amazon if it's back to me before the end of the month.I'll update my review when I have news!UPDATEFair play to Sekonda, I returned the watch and received it back within about a week which is impressive given it was over Christmas/New Year. The watch had been dried out serviced and came back with a certificate to say it had been resealed and pressure tested! I'm yet to test it in water but I'm fully satisfied with the service from the company. For a watch I paid around £40 for on black Friday I think it makes a decent purchase, even with £5 worth of recorded postage to return it. Very happy
