I love my bag. Perfect size for me- not too big or too little. I will be purchasing an organizer for it though. I use it as my work bag so there's all kinds of stuff in it. Lol. Shipping was quite quick amid the COVID pandemic. It didn't come with a dust bag but the handles and such were covered.

I wanted to like this bag. The overall design and pockets/functionality were great. However, in person the "M"s all over were bigger and more obvious than in the pics. I felt that made it look tacky, so I ended up returning it. If they could remake this bag without that(one "M" is plenty! ;)), I'd definitely buy it!

I absolutely loved this bag when I got it. It’s been 2 months though and the zipper already broke so I’m unable to use it. Big disappointment and I can’t seem to get their customer service to even talk to me .

I needed something that I could take to work to downsize what I carry. This bag was perfect and it was decently priced. It is durable and it doesn’t look cheap. The zippers don’t get stuck and it actually holds a good deal of items. It has several pocket areas that hold your cell phones or just little items such as pens
