Just built a house with new hardwood floors. I did not want old dining chairs to scratch them. I chose what I thought was the best size. The fit is tight and they work perfect. Please note the sizing, I was afraid of getting them to big and chose a smaller size. I did have to work a small bit to get them on the legs.

These things really work. I put them on our four kitchen chairs, which have square wood legs and after 3 months they are still doing a great job. Got tire of replaceing the circular pads that kept coming off. The new feet 'booties' are a one time fix and allow the chair to be moved with ease. High recommend.

These are touted as "felt" pads. If they are felt, they are the hardest felt I have ever encountered. They go onto the chair legs ok, with a bit of stretching, but before you buy, make sure you measure ALL legs on a chair. Mine are smaller in back and larger on the front legs, which makes for an adventure getting them on. Basically, I think these will be good for my hardwood floors, time will tell. Hopefully they will not accumulate dog hair and other bits of material the same way the little circular felt dots you can put on the legs of chairs.

These are a game changer! I always hate how the circle chair protectors fall off and then your chair is rocking back and forth because it's uneven. Love these because it eliminates that! They're not as soft as i imagined, but they definitely protect the floor. They fit perfectly on my chairs, but be sure to measure. Definitely worth it
