Super comfortable and great for gaming!
I love gaming. A little too much, actually. My wrists get tired fast these days so I needed something that glides and gave me support. This thing is awesome. I am getting a second one for sure!It keeps your wrist elevated, relieves some stress on the joints, and is just overall comfortable. Takes some time getting used to, but now that I use it daily (I've had this for a while now), I actually feel very uncomfortable without it. It doesn't take away all the pain, but it certainly eases some of the tension. I love this thing. Glides well on a large mousepad. I highly recommend getting a big mousepad if you don't want the plastic bottom part to scratch your desk or get scratched itself.I could actually argue it helped me aim better in FPS games because my wrist isn't bent and uncomfortable as often. I can also last way longer (which is probably bad, too much screen time haha).Since it glides, it also prevents the inside of my wrist from getting irritated since my hand isn't rubbing the surface of my desk anymore. As I use it, all the friction is on the plastic instead, hence why I recommend a mousepad for this. Great for those with joint pain and wrist issues, I would say!

Really good support for forearm/elbow/shoulder. At least the way I use it.
I hurt my shoulder in a fall and wanted something to support my entire arm while using the mouse to take the strain off of it. I like this a lot because I use it as more of a forearm cradle. I don't like wrist rests in general because they seem to force the wrist in an upward position, making a diagonal effect. This seems to present a different type of ergonomic problem. So I put this under my forearm to support it down closer to the elbow. I really like it as it takes the strain off of the elbow and shoulder as well as keeping things more straight. The cushion is comfortable enough and it doesn't slide around. It is easy to knock on the floor, though. It stays in place as I use it and is stable. So if you are looking for more support than those lame wrist rests attached to mouse pads, then you should definitely give this a try.

Works great with a regular mouse/keyboard, but didn't work for me (ergo mouse)
I get mouse pain from clicking hundreds of times on my long shifts at work. Getting an ergonomic mouse (the JoyPen) helped the most, but I saw this and thought I'd try it out. Ultimately, I didn't find this comfortable at all for mouse work - maybe it's more comfortable with a regular mouse where your wrist is flat, but it definitely isn't when your wrist is at an angle. That said, it felt great if under my wrist while typing, and was awesome compared to regular wrist pads where you can't move your wrists around easily - it glides back and forth great and provided good support (not too soft and squishy, not too hard either)

ONLY Works with Proper SET UP
i just retired my fav mousepad a month ago (i'v had it for 6+yrs), it had the perf wrist support w/ perf height/density and material... yet when i thought i purchased the exact same mousepad it was total crap and my wrist started hurting like hell. Over the past 30+ days i have purchased almost 220$+ worth of Mouse pads/wrist supports and any like combo... right now in my Misc drawer i have 8 mouse pads 11 wrist supports and a few other odds n' ends... returning them isnt worth it IMO since they may work in the future for someone else.Enough Back-story i couldn't find a wrist support pad big enough for me that had proper height/density... they all end up being super smushy so i bought a bean bag but it didnt quite cut it, then i read someone say how they let this wrist support SLIDE AROUND w/ the mouse and so when i put the bean bag + the hard plastic wrist support together it worked AMAZINGLY!!i have lil gripper/stoppers on my glass desktop that hold the beanbag in place and this hard plastic wrist support slides around on the mouse pad so smoothly its not even noticeable.the bean bag keeps my arm at the proper angle to make use of this wrist support.I will say im a lil more complicated than most and the standard wrist support that majority says works great for them, are usually too low or too soft for me and make my wrist and hand ache so bad.

Try it, you might like it.
I’m on my computer, using a mouse for about 10 hours a day. That can cause problems. I’ve tried several products to be more comfortable and prevent those problems, but everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked too well. I saw this product and thought it looked interesting and worth a try (being under $10 was a definite plus). At first, I tried using it like the package showed, which was about an inch above my wrist, on my lower arm. That turned out to be rather uncomfortable, and even painful after a while. I then tried moving it down, so my wrist was laying on it, that was even worse. I was about to throw it out as a bad idea, but gave it one more try by putting the base of my hand (just below the wrist joint) on it. Surprisingly, that was both fairly comfortable and somewhat easier to use/move. I’ve been using it that way for a couple of weeks now and have found it to be better than anything else I’ve tried. It takes some getting used to, but is worth the effort. A couple of points though. If the base of your hand is wider than about 3.5”, your hand won’t fit well. Also, while they say it has a "memory foam cushion”, it acts like plain foam to me. Push and release it and it immediately returns to its original shape. That’s just an observation, not a complaint. I find the foam padding comfortable enough. It remains to be seen how long it lasts, but it seems well-constructed.

Amazing for wrist support
This is the best wrist support out there. Moves with mouse you do always supporting but allows for movement. Can’t work without it.

Do your wrist a favor and get this!
There are many mouse-pad wrist supports out there but many of them do not slide around easily, which is important for those that game. However, gaming or not, this wrist support is great as it allows me to move my whole arm around with ease, especially since I am using a large desk mat (which is something else you should get). The only down side is that it can easily be knocked off the desk by your pet cat and you may unexpectedly step on it, snapping the plastic part in half thus making you have to buy another one because it did its job so well... just a warning.
