Handle is Not Sturdy
I t's just too bad that this handle is not made sturdier. We've had to replace it twice!

NOT THAT EASY TO REPLACE HANDLE
The handle fits exactly as the original Oreck. Quality is good. But don't believe the reviews that say how easy it is to replace the handle. It is definitely not that easy. Unless you are pretty handy, don't attempt this. I'm not that handy and it took me over an hour. The electronics don't come out easily and you have take wires apart. Then you have to reassemble everything. Good luck if you decide to try this!

A little complicated to install but fit well.

Not Worth the money
Don't buy it. it is made of flimsy plastic, it won't last and very expensive for a piece of plastic, not worth $40. I saw a part similar somewhere on the web for the same part for only $13.99.

Does the job
This wasn’t completely intuitive to attach to my vacuum but not awful. It does the job, although I wish it felt a little more solid. The lesson here is to be careful how I lift and maneuver my machine.

Easy and fit perfect
Worked perfectly and the vacuum is back and operating. Took about 15 minutes to install.
