Anderson Metals 50068-0408 Brass Tube Fitting, Connector, 1/4" Compression x 1/2" Male Pipe, Copper

It's so hard to find the right fittings these days. i'm fixining an old compressor and needed the right fitting to make that happen. this was it and it fit just right. I miss the days when i could go to a hardware store and find the exact thing i needed. But this is the next best thing i guesss

Needed something to go from 1/4 pipe to 3/16 compression and this fit the bill.Am using this for an airbrush, have a 3 gallon compressor with standard 1/4 quick disconnects.Made the hookup way easy.

I bought this to connect a 1/4” line from a compressor tank check valve to the pressure switch and it works wonderfully. Well made and durable, I recommend it

I bought two of these. One worked, one didn't. Both required the nut's opening to be enlarged with a file to get it to fit over the tubing, while the ferrel fit fine.The crowning glory was the threads of the nut weren't the same pitch as the fitting - so it was useless.We must assume these are seconds that a supply company or distributor rejected, and they're selling them one by one on Amazon instead.

Bought two of these. One arrived without the ferrule and compression nut...? The other arrived fine but instead I needed a 1/4" compression union, not 1/4" NPT male...

Needed for an unconventional sink plumbing setup in my RV. Worked great.

Gave a 5 star because these work (when you get all the pcs.) Disappointed that one did not have the ferrel.
