Purchased to play children’s cassettes for my grandson that I saved from my children's childhood. Product arrived the day after ordered, was well packaged for shipping. It’s large buttons are perfect for little fingers to operate. The product is well made, easy to use and sturdy. The fact that it’s also an AM/FM radio and can record as well was a bonus feature. There is also and option to use AC as well as batteries. The only thing I wish it would have included was a ear buds, but there is a jack for it. It plays our old cassettes without any problems. I think we’ll enjoy many hours of old Raffi music and nursery rhymes together!

I enjoy being able to play old cassette tapes, and this product serves that purpose. Two months after purchase, the auto stop ceased to work. When I contacted the seller, dingmiservices, I interacted with Ivy. She was so gracious in her email interactions with me, and was able to arrange a replacement sent within 24 hours of contacting the company. Ivy provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time!

I was playing tapes of old radio programs that came in a set. After approximately two hours of use, the tape drag was distorting the audio. There was no way to correct it or understand Lucy.

Radio works good but the cassette player failed after multiple uses over a couple of weeks

I have no dislikes about the product. I like it very much. I use it to record me singing. Very easy to operate. The price was fantastic.
