Good way to get 12v for monitors etc.
I use this to power my monitor. The NP-F batteries power it for a long time.

Weird Electronic Noise When Charging
There's a weird electronic noise when I plugged the supplied usb c to USB c cable into my Panasonic s5, it doesn't make the noise when it's unplugged. I thought it might be the cable so I use my own usb a to USB c cable and the problem still exists. I'm buying this battery plate for run and gun filming and my shotgun mic will be next to the camera, I'm sure it'll pick up the noise. Luckily I have the Rode wireless mic so I think it's possible to get audio without picking up the noise from the battery plate. The battery plate works fine and I'm able to record a few more hours now because of the external power, it's just unfortunate that it produces weird noises. I'm guessing it's just quality control issue.Update: They refunded £10 so I think it's fair to raise the rating to three stars.

Works well as expected
Perfect for enabling the use of larger batteries to give my Sony A7 IV power for longer. Love it.

Works as expected - can now use my NP-F770 light batteries as power source for other stuff 👍
This is a great little adapter plate that enables me to use my NP-F770 batteries to power other equipment via PD, USB-A and also D-TAP... it can also be charged when in this battery plate via the PD-IN port. This is pretty good as my NP-F770 batteries are currently only used for my lights - so not always in use. Now I can use as general purpose battery packs. Got a feeling my next purchase with be a D-tap to dummy NP-FZ100 to use with my Sony A7's.Battery was initially very stiff to insert and also removed, but eased up a little after a few insertions/removals.Tested some power draw using an Samsung S20 and normal 5v charging via USB-A port and 9v Fast Charging via the PD port.Status LEDs show either amount of charge left (25%, 50%, 75%,100%) or if the PD-IN is connected, it shows a flashing LED to indicate where the charge cycle is at (25%, 50%, 75%,100%).Overall a great little adapter plate, at £29.99 (at the time of review), I feel that's just about right - it's well built, versatile and there's going to be quite a bit of tech inside to deal with all the power stuff... so 30 squiddly doo is just about fair imho.

A very versatile accessory to convert NP-F battery power to various output types.
First thoughts:ProsUSB-A, USB-C and D-Tap outputs.NP-F battery mount and battery level indicator.Mounting plate so it can be attached to rigs, the camera or tripods.Spring loaded locking pin to secure the NP-F battery in place.ConsNothing to note so far.A useful bit of kit that I can use independently, or attached to a camera cage or shoulder rig.I have a few of this type of accessory with a main focus on providing additional power options for my shooting equipment, and that I can swap in and out as needed. This allows me to provide plug-in power for equipment such as field monitors, mics and lights that can operate from USB outputs or >5v D-Tap accessories.Details and things to note (See pictures):Mounting plate that holds and converts a Sony NP-F battery to USB-A, USB-C and D-Tap outputs. These outputs let me plug in a variety of accessories that would normally require a mains power supply with those connectors (USB cables have been included).¼” screw thread on the base so it can be mounted on a camera cage, rig or tripod. There’s a release button for the seated battery but I’ve struggled to get it to release the battery (seems too tight and won’t fully depress). My only option has been to forcibly slide out the battery which sounds like it will snap the plastic guide rails. There is a charge level indicator on the battery mount which is incredibly useful for gauging the remaining power.Final thoughts:A great way to have power ready to plug into photo or video equipment. I have them connected to a rig or cage with a battery seated, and will swap in, out and plug in whatever needs powering at the time.Primarily made of plastic but definitely useful when I need a D-Tap or USB-C interface for running field monitors, mics and lights.

Poor internal circuitry...
Worked ok for a while, but two days ago, started smoking and fumes coming from the device, plastic case warped on both sides of unit.Looks like power management on the internals aren't being done correctly, has been plugged into the same 12v capable PD USB-C power supply every time it was used.Potentially dangerous had I not been right next to it when it failed...

Handy battery plate for cameras
This little adapter plate is a handy device to keep in your camera bag so you can power any camera related accessories. The Andycine Multi-Function NP-F Battery Plate is compatible with NP-F series batteries and provides different output ports such as D-tap output port, USB-A output port, and PD output port. It has a dimension of 92mmx52mmx25mm which is compact and only weighs 70g.Led light indicators will show the remaining battery capacity with the four lamp heads showing the level and reducing as the battery does. With the threaded holes, you can easily attach the plate to the camera cage, gimbal or other accessories with ¼ inch screw and with the rubber cushion, this increases the friction and protects the plate from scratching.Overall, it is a well-designed product that works well and is reasonably priced.

Not for use with a Panasonic S5 (edit: unless..)
This powers the Panasonic S5 (Mk I) quite happily, but one thing you notice fairly quickly is a rattling sort of electronic noise when live-monitoring audio. I mistakenly bought two of these because the USB-C PD promised to be all the power solution I needed - evidently I was wrong!Edited to add: a USB-C to dummy BLK22 battery connected to the PD output seems to fix the noise issue, so I'm bumping the rating up to 3 stars from 2.

Not that great
I ordered one of these as I was watching youtube videos on using NP-F batteries for my DSLR camera. With my camera half the time it won't turn on. It works fine for my camera monitor that is why I gave it 2 stars.

Cheaper than the competition, does PD, not metal but is that a bad thing?
I really wanted that super nice all metal NPF plate that also has PD. You know, the expensive one.I bought this instead. Powers my camera, monitor, and follow focus. Easy peasy. With a USB-C NPF battery I get one more output and then I'm able to run cam, monitor, wireless video, and follow focus. Boom, hollywood standards.I still wonder if it being all metal would be better, but for the price, I bought two of these and still paid less than the expensive one. :)

Hervorragende universell verwendbare NP-F Ladeplatte!
