IT HELPS ME BLOCK THE SEASONAL POLLEN.
This one of the best mask I have ever purchased. I use all the time and when riding my Ebike. I am very allergic to the POLLEN :( . But this mask helps 100%. It does block the pollen that I inhale when on my bike. Works

Breathable great for working out, especially if you’d like to sweat. And you have health problems.
I like to work out, and I have a immune problems. This mass is awesome to use. If you like to sweat. We’ll be ordering in one. Pulley Beach have more money.

Sunglasses fog while running
This is a good face mask. For me it does not seal properly and causes my sunglasses to fog (minus 1 star). Other than that, it does a great job keeping in-coming air temperature regulated.
