Fairly easy to out together, my hardcore ballerina would prefer it a bit sturdier but I think it is pretty sturdy for the light weight of it and it wasn't too expensive.

We compared a few brands when looking for a bar to purchase for Christmas, this seemed sturdy and was reasonably priced. It was very easy to assemble even while tired on Christmas Eve, it is VERY sturdy as well. Our 6 year old hangs on the lower bar and it holds her fine. Just make sure you keep the bottom feet positioned correctly.

It came with a bag which I love because I travel around the local communities in my area and provide camps or mini technique sessions. It was exactly what I was looking for. Light weight, easy to put together and high quality. The larger size I also recommend. I have two larger portable barres (same brand) which I keep at my studio. They are easy to clean and easy to move to the side after our barre warm-up!

My daughter is enjoying her Portable Double Freestanding Ballet Barre. It is extremely lightweight making it super easy for her to move to her favorite practice spot and adjust as needed. The only downside we've experienced thus far is the need to readjust frequently. The rubber feet tend to twist. If my daughter doesn't realize it right away she gets frustrated trying to adjust the bars to make them level. Also, it is difficult to tightened the screws enough so the bars and feet don't slide. A minor annoyance that we are willing to deal with because overall the barre is convenient and sturdy!

We use this bar at our very small home dance studio. It is lightweight and compact, which is absolutely necessary in our small space- it is also very easy to disassemble. We are advanced level dancers, and the bar works well for warmups and basic exercises, but becomes less stable when being used for more strenuous intense movements. It does not collapse but it shifts around a lot and sometimes the grips on the bottom legs will become lose and flip upside down. This is ideal for a starter bar for a beginner dancer, yoga, Pilates, and other activities of the like.

This is a sturdy, well designed ballet barre for our 5 year old daughter. She is just beginning dance and this seems like a great choice so far. The height is adjustable and she will hopefully be able to continue using this one over the years.

I actually love my barre. The first order was incomplete, missing too many parts to list here. So I had to order it a second time, keep the first order until I received the 2nd order. The 2nd order was also incomplete. So I had to combine order #1 and order # 2 to build myself a complete barre. Very very unprofessional to have to deal with two incomplete orders!!! Both boxes were extremely damaged and knocked around. Pieces and screws just thrown in the box and falling out of ripped bags. What a mess! I put a note in the order I returned of all the missing pieces, since there were so many... I hope some poor person doesn't receive THAT box! I am a dance instructor and even though I am happy with my barre now, I will never order from this barre supply company again. It was too rediculous to have two disappointing orders in a row like that.
