Fabulous colours, great cut and picture quality, I'd love to give it 5 stars but they should improve their quality control as 2 pieces were missing and one was doubled. Maybe I just had a bad batch, too bad because I really enjoyed making it

I was really looking forward to starting this puzzle. I have admired the wonderful pictures available in the Clementoni Museum Collection for some time. However I have been hugely disappointed with the quality compared to the Ravensberger puzzles I normally buy. The pieces feel small and flimsy. It also seems that a great many pieces were not cleanly cut. This meant the cardboard tore when the pieces were separated. Overall quite disappointed.

Perhaps I should have paid more heed to other reviews complaining of missing pieces. This seems to be a recurring gripe with Clementoni jigsaws despite the company's claims of rigorous quality control. I fared no better; two pieces missing. This is a shame because it is a beautiful image, nicely reproduced. The material may not be quite up to Ravensburger standards but it is sturdy enough. Contacting Clementoni proved as challenging as the puzzle itself. The supposedly enclosed postcard for reporting faults was not enclosed. The website form required entry of a batch number with an illustration of where on the box it would be printed, except it was not. Attaching photographs proved impossible as anything larger than a thumbnail exceeded the permitted file size. Eventually I gave up and requested a replacement from Amazon instead. Now I'll have to do it all over again in case the replacement is similarly lacking!
