"Catitudes" of Gratitude with Cassie and Cal Cats

I just read Catitudes of Gratitude to my granddaughter. What a fabulous lesson on being grateful and finding inner contentment. The yoga and meditation tie in was genius way getting the message out. Being a yoga instructor and having shared yoga with my granddaughter, opened up conversation about taking time to appreciate everything around us.A great engaging book, that keeps a young mind interested till the end. The illustrations are great, too.The lesson this books brings to light, is so important, not only for children, but for adults. We take so much for granted. This book grounds adults, at least it did for me. Five stars to the author!

Cassie and Cal were the Pur-fect couple, who enjoyed a seemingly perfect life. They had everything they wanted in their lives, money, and fame until they didn't. But unfortunately, we all tend to overestimate how much we know, how right we are, or how special we are. So taking a fall in life and learning a fundamental life lesson, Cassie and Cal become better felines and survive the fall for the better.Humility is a lesson best learned young.

I really loved my grand kids expression with the book. The charters were relatable and my kids can't wait for the coloring book

A lovely little story, with great illustrations. It helps younger children to understand the concept of resilience and changing mental attitudes but in a very simplistic.
