i broke my rib and it healed a bit out of place. i started using this product and it applies pressure exactly where i need it. hopefully in a year i will see results. for now, i can testify that the customer support is absolutely great. they sent me extra replacement parts and listened attentively to all my issues. absolutely recommended.

My daughter is on the smaller side so this brace does not really adjust small enough for her to put her arms down comfortably. Probably should have sent back but she wanted to give it a try.

Our insurance wouldn't cover this for our son. This brace is just like the thousand dollar one the Dr had. The key is being able to ratchet the brace tighter. The screws loosen occasionally and need to be tightened.

This product is absolutely a waste of money ! In one day the clips on the side broke by day two the other side broke and when requesting replacement or refund customer service sucked ... absolutely garbage and a waste of 150 dollars ..

This is really well made and is already working on my son after a month. I was worried when I saw you had to have a medical license for the one I really wanted and searched everywhere for something comparable. This is so nice! Even includes a soft cover for the brace. 10/10 recommend.
