love this bag. it’s so big and it counts as a personal item. only downside is the zipper on mine broke easily.

I love how versatile this bag is and it is a great size for traveling! The only complaint is that it fell apart after 2 uses. The inside lining has ripped. It’s a carry on so it’s not packed full but it still didn’t hold up. Wish it was better quality but at the price point it is what it is I guess.
