Love This Mouse
I have one I got new that stopped working. I dropped it or something and it stopped working. So I tore it down, badly, to see if I could fix it and it turns out the ribbon cable for the battery had come unsecured. I plugged it back in and the mouse still works, it’s never been the same though. It doesn’t move as well or feel as solid. So I ordered one of these refurbs, so far it’s perfect. Great price. Unfortunately the usb adapter does not work with my other mouse of this type. I was surprised by that, doesn’t matter though, the refurb had an adapter included. It would be nice to have a backup. I have two Logitech mice of the same model that don’t work on each others adapter as well.I think the battery cable popping off is a common issue with these. Something to check if yours stops working after a drop or a slam. I’d recommend controlling your temper while you use this mouse and not be too rough with it.I love this mouse, I actually ordered another one to have as a backup. It’s honestly improved my accuracy significantly.

Great Mouse, Bad Support
As a disclaimer, I am a huge Corsair fan. PC Case, Mouse, Keyboard, RAM, etc. I love iCUE, and I have never had a problem with support since or until this.I bought this mouse originally in January of 21. It worked amazingly. The slipstream is buttery smooth, and indistinguishable from wired input in my perception. It is slightly more ergonomic for my large hands than my previous mouse, the rival 310. The optical sensor is very high quality, and the RGB on the back is done well. It has a tactile scroll wheel and a DPI button on top, with 2 thumb buttons. All of them are high quality and feel good. It works very well with iCUE and integrates seamlessly with the rest of my stuff. I had no problems with it for the first year and a half of owning it.Out of nowhere one day the wireless mode quit working mid-game. I used wired and just restarted my PC after. Windows, eh? Wrong. It would not connect. I wont bore you with how many things I tried, I am a technical guy. An hour later while googling solutions the mouse just shut off and quit working entirely. Okay, that sucks. I go to BestBuy, and they tell me to contact the manufacturer. Does anyone else get that sense of dread when they hear that? I love Corsair and my stomach still dropped.I went home, I emailed corsair. "Hey I bought this mouse at best buy Jan 21, here's the serial number, blah blah blah." I will say, through all of this, response times were excellent, but their help was not. "You need to find your receipt, you need to take a video, you need to try all of the things you already did to troubleshoot." etc. Keep in mind their warranty is 2 years from purchase date, and the mouse had not been released for more than 20 months at this point. Some arguing and, admittedly harsh words later, they told me I could return it for a one time favor to get a refurbished mouse. I mail it in, it takes a week, they take 3 days to process the return, and then send it back over a week. Incredibly excited to have a good mouse back, I get it set up, and it has the exact same problem. No joke. I troubleshoot it again and make sure I am not crazy. Round two with customer support.I send an email explaining the situation, and they are not sympathetic. I am going to assume that they have a lot of return scammers because they made me go through it to be able to send it back for a working one. Not even keep it and get a working return, to pay to send the broken one back and wait a month for a working one. They finally saw I was not lying, and agreed to send me a new one. In the end they did make it right, but it should not have been so difficult. I understand being skeptical, but don't do that to your most loyal customers. Overall 5/5 mouse. 1/5 experience with Corsair support, and the only bad experience I have had with Corsair.

RENEWED Not working right out of the box.
The mouse itself is actually not a bad mouse, definitely a step in the right direction for Corsair. I would say the shape and feel is pretty close to a Razer Deathadder but maybe a little cheaper. Unfortunately, this review is about the product being RENEWED, in which case it did not work right out of the box. No power. Plugged it in, no lights no response. Switched the power switch between 2.4 and BT got nothing. So based just on the feel of the mouse it felt ok in my hand, I just wish it worked from the AMAZON RENEWED store. Now I have to return it and buy it full price new, learned my lesson. Do not buy AMAZON RENEWED. Certified refurbished lol, what a joke, certified to be in the box i guess?

I like it
I like it. I have the razor ultimate viper (cyber punk) and the cyberpunk mouse is definitely the best mouse I’ve used in my life. However, this mouse is pretty much one of my top 3 mouses. I also got it super cheap like half the price, so I’m happy!

I bought it. It arrived. It works.
Subject line covers it pretty well. It’s a mouse. I’d buy it again.

Good featured mouse but has loose internals.
I had to have this mouse replaced because it died one day and had zero power at all. It had a rattling that I did not diagnose at the time. The replacement had the same exact issue with me however this time it was outside the return window so I had a bricked mouse with no support, so I decided to take it apart. Lo and behold the battery had come unplugged and it simply needed to be plugged back in. Kind of a pain that it consistently has unplugged for me however I am glad I was able to fix it this time and the mouse is great otherwise.

Great mouse but
I love the mouse feels great and most games, lightweight and not very loud. Only problem i encountered with this mouse was certain games won’t work with the mouse like valorant causes the mouse the crash and Ctrl+Alt+Dlt is needed for the mouse to work again. The side buttons become unavailable and default to pressing the 1 and 2 keys on the keyboard. i love corsair as a brand so eventually might upgrade to the newer mouse when it isn’t 130 dollars
