Listen I am the cheapest most skeptical buyer there is! I was desperate to help my kid who scratched every five seconds on her scalp! This stuff works immediately on the scalp and it’s non greasy! It’s very menthol and cooling! I am so damn happy I tried it! I tried everything!!! The reviews are real! I read them before I purchased! This is the bomb!!! You will buy more right after I did in case they stop selling it.

I wanted to wait a couple days so that I could review honestly based on performance, rather than nice packaging and quick delivery. I have been contending with skin issues for over a year now. It's frustrating, as I kept going to the doctor, who determined that many of my symptoms were from a fungal infection that wouldn't go away with Fluconazole. I told doctor to change the meds and Itraconazole cleared up my issues in 5 days.However, I developed a horrible condition on my head with a white scaly build up and it itched bad and flaked horribly like dandruff. A recent visit to the dermatologist last week revealed it was Seborrheic Dermatitis and essentially not treatable. I Googled it, found mention of this product and bought two jars. After just three days, the scaling is vanishing, the itching has subsided drastically and I can barely determine where the bump was on my scalp to apply more medicine.It works. Update 10/15/23 1.5 months later : my hair is continuing to FALL OUT!!! I have HUGE BALD SPOTS on the top of my head, right up front, for me all the all the world to see! This heartbreaking!! As a woman, our hair is our femininity; without makeup, our hair adds to how we feel about ourselves. Meaning, makeup sure helps many of us feel good about our appearance; but it’s not a daily necessity- it enhances and isn’t a “must.” But our HAIR is not something we’re able to slap some makeup on and feel better. Our hair is vital to our self esteem and to have used this product only a handful of times and for it to continue to cause major hair loss months later is beyond infuriating!!!! It just doesn’t stop! After every shower I notice more and more hair loss and growing bald spots!!! I read that some folks actually diligently tested its ingredients and it contains steroids. Well, steroids applied directly to the scalp can and did cause my continuing hair loss!! I am LIVID!! And so regretful for having used this. My thick, healthy and shiny long blonde hair continues to fall out, leaving bald spots front and center. It’s just heartbreaking. Please y’all, DO NOT USE THIS ON OR NEAR YOUR SCALP like I did after seeing all the good reviews of those who used it directly on their scalp!!!I am so upset as I write this because my hair is falling out in huge clumps after applying all of 4-5x!!! I’ve washed it twice since applying it now and each time my hair falls out in clumps!! Then when brushing after washing my brush is so full of hair I have to clean it!! Today, second wash, after drying I see tiny clumps of hair sticking straight up!! It broke off my beautiful long hair!!! Luckily my hair is very long and thick but I am PISSED!!!! Also it didn’t help one bit, it exacerbated my dermatitis!! Now I have huge scaly patches. Those are turning into sores!!!

Works great. My husband gets rashes on his face after shaving. This calms down the redness and causes it to clear quickly. Only down side is that the scent is so strong it almost makes your eyes water, think of old school vics on your face.

When using the product as directed and applying it to a clean scalp 1-2 times a day I notice almost immediate improvement. It's highly effective and leaves you feeling confident and less worried about flakes on the shoulders. What I like most about the product is the immediate cooling effect. As someone who suffers from dermatitis flare ups during periods of high stress, this is my go-to to treat the symptoms and avoid the itching. Bang for your buck, this is the best option I've found to help reduce the side effects of serious dandruff and minimize the embarrassing flakes.

Good product. helps with itching and flakes . But a strong minty odor.
