20 yrs and works perfectly 😄
Bought this for my son-in-law. I’m a contractor and have owned mine for at least 20 years. I was pleased to see that after that many years they didn’t change the design of the product one bit. The quality is still there. This tool is a testament to “if it’s not broke don’t fix it”. So often companies change things in order to make them cheaper for more profits as they charge u more. Not so in this case.

Highly recommend
Quality product with the added advantage of easily switching staple depth as well as switching from straight to "U" staples for wiring.

You’ll wanna know this.
The build quality is above average. The solid metal design is really good, very durable. However this stapler jams every now and then which is very annoying. I had a dewalt stapler before this one and it never jammed. Now I used square staples with my dewalt and I use arrows rounded staples with this one, still nonetheless, my stapler should be jamming. For guys with bigger hands it’s easy to use in tight spaces. For some it can be hard to squeeze the trigger. I would appreciate a less resistant trigger pull.

Great no trouble here
Before buying this staple gun I read the reviews on Amazon and was disappointed with the reports that this model didn't live up to the rest of the Arrow line of staple guns. I already own a T50 and have had zero issues with it and needed to run new wire for my current apartment. Due to an Amazon out of stock issue I took a risk and ordered this model over the regular T25 with the hopes I'd be able to deal with any short comings. I'm so glad I did as this has been trouble free so far for me.I think that technique plays a lot into how well you get along with this tool. When used with the gun parallel to and in line with the cable you're attaching and the nose set correctly I had no misfires or jams.Perhaps I got lucky but I'm pleased to add this to my tool box and Arrow collection.

Difficult to use
The stapler works but it takes patience and muscle to use.The stapler arrived with much of the original packaging torn. Probably a recycled return.Loaded it with staples and the lever was very hard to pull. Takes lots of strength which is hard to do in tight spaces. The staples failed to feed on several attempts. Works best when the stapler is fully loaded with fresh staples. Short pieces or when the staples get low, it won’t pick them up.During use especially on vertical surfaces, the wire that secures the lever closed for storage drops down and gets in the way, preventing the lever from tripping and setting staple. The nose piece that moves to accommodate different sizes of wire is very tight. Use a small hammer and a screwdriver to move the locking bar when you want to readjust.

Cable and Wire Stapler by Arrow T2025
I am on my 4th stapler by Arrow model T2025. They have never broken, work great even when dropped or abused. Hard to find, I did find one on Amazon refurbed. If you install any kind of low-voltage wire this is the one for you. My last 3 one was left at a job site and disappeared; the other two a co-worker "modified" or broke on purpose rather due to his issues. Hopefully this one lasts me and no one steals it, tries to "modify" it or gets left behind!

Poorly designed clip. I don't know how long it even lasted.
The picture shows how it sits in my bag. The clip was always flipping in the path of the lever. There is another that is available that has a different latching system. Our other tech has that one and I have had Buyer's remorse because of it. Other than that, works as advertised. It is not as sturdy as the T18 stapler I bought years ago, but is probably a bit lighter too. It is not one of the easy squeeze versions out now, either. I would probably go with the Stanley version if I had it to do over again.

Very durable and reliable staple.
Narrow width enable reach into tight angles surfaces. This is my second set after using the first one for 25+ more years routing coax cables for my satellite dish installation business . I was happy to see this product still manufacture and sold to consumer.
