These are not regular capsule size, they are rather huge! Tylenol and prescription shown for reference, the vitamin they are selling here is in the middle.Update: these get stuck in my throat and cause a very uncomfortable feeling, and heartburn. Not taking them anymore, it’s scary! Amazon is refunding my money.

So i opened these up to take over day and the biggest whiff of paint came out. I don't even feel comfortable to continue them and i wish i could return them.

Not a great product. Saw no benefit
