Viviva Coloursheets, Metallic Single Set, 10 Vibrant Watercolours, for Outdoor and Travel, VV276004

I love these colour sheets. The ink based colours are fantastic and very highly pigmented. The packaging is perfect for plein air. The back cover of this little book doubles as a very useful mixing palette that wipes clean easily. The designers have been very thoughtful putting together this product. I now have four different sets of Viviva Coloursheets, I love them all. The product is consistent in quality and the amount of watercolour on each sheet is actually very generous.

I used this exact sketchbook throughout 2024 and absolutely loved it. So of course I got another for 2025. Unfortunately there is a severe quality difference between the one I have received and the one I bought last year. The paper seems really cheap, thick but not structured, pencils leave indents in the paper which never happened before. Erasers almost slip on the paper and leaves smudges. I'm using all the same pencils and erasers that I have been for the last year. So I know it's the paper. I'm really disappointed because it barely feels usable. I used alcohol markers, watercolours, gouache and everything in my old one and it was great, yet the new one can barely even handle a pencil.

I had to have a replacement sent when the first set had too little gold loaded on the sheets . Second was the same. Company apologised but they told me there is no set amount painted on to the sheets . They are too expensive for this “ Thank you for thinking about our growth! We have a few products in the pipeline that I'm certain you'll love! 💓 Now, regarding the Colorsheets. It is difficult to measure as everything depends on the shade. For instance, vivid shades like reds or blues often just require one layer to be quite pigmented. But, others like the metallics need multiple layers.” nonsense ! You buy a tube of paint for example and expect the quantity no matter how intense

I’m not happy as I was under the impression that at this price they would be new but after I opened the package I was disappointed to see they had all been used and swatched already.
