Apple iPhone 13, 256GB, Midnight (Renewed)

The media could not be loaded. Gadget store knocked this out of the park. First impression is the phone is basically new. I shopped different refurb stores through Amazon and they had the highest reviews in the past month. 90% positivity in the past month to be exact! The phone immediately connected to wifi the screen is in perfect condition and no visible scratches. I’m over the moon with this purchase. Completely worth the price! I’ll update after use. This is a review based on a lot of searching and first impressions.

The phone is in excellent condition and is in perfect working order so far. Everything is as stated.

When the phone arrived I was a bit worried as the packaging was not great but the phone looked to be in perfect condition inside the box. After a few weeks of use I first noticed an issue when people were ringing me that they couldn’t hear me unless I put it on speaker phone. Then all of a sudden, I noticed the screen had a bit fault down the left hand side and it started flickering and flashing. It was as though the phone had suffered a bad drop or impact but nothing had actually happened to the phone. I requested a return thinking it would be covered under warranty but have been told as the phone is ‘damaged’ I can only have a 40% refund of the original price. I have queried this with Amazon but they were not able to help either. My previous renewed iPhone from a different supplier has lasted 3 years so I’m really disappointed and it’s put me off buying another Amazon renewed phone. I suspect the phone suffered damage before I got it but the affects to the screen have not become apparent until now. As there is no way I can prove I haven’t damaged the phone, I have lost out :(

bought this in "excellent condition". indeed no visible marks. Battery at 87%. OK but would have liked a little higher to deducted one star. Otherwise, phone working well and a good saving on new price.

This reconditioned phone looked like new but as always the battery was only just within the promised tolerances (the corner always cut). At the price a solid and as described buy. You get what you pay for here in my experience which is a time saver!
