I've been using it for a few years now, and it really helps with my sleep.

This has been truly miraculous for vascular dementia due a stroke. I originally gave it in an effort to turn his circadian rhythm’s around but his feet hit the ground two days later with his eyes wide open, much unlike before. Not in the field but perhaps he had a serotonin deficiency. Idk. No ones I’ve share this information in the medical field had ever even heard of it for the most part, and zi (R) been dismissed as “well it isn’t a pharmaceutical therefore it can’t be working”. Please at least try it if your loved one is suffering for dementia. It may just be a fit!

最初に500mgを購入したら粉末だったので、粉末かと思ったら大きなタブレットでした。 飲み込めないので歯で半分に割ってから口に入れ、さらに砕いて、水で流し込んでおります！
