Don't give up
My Oral B brush would not charge - I thought the battery was worn down. On a lark, I bought this charger. Lo and behold, the toothbrush is working fine again!

Just buy a new official Oral B toothbrush with head and charger.
Item broke within 10 minutes of use. Better off spending the extra $10 and getting a new oral B toothbrush with new head and charger.Pointless returning item as its going to cost me time and fuel.

Runs a Little Hot
So here's the thing...this does the job. It recharges my toothbrush well. I always let it dry before charging, so I can't speak to if there are any issues if water gets on it. It runs hotter than the charger the toothbrush came with, but I have watched it closely and it has not been an issue, thankfully. It may not really be an issue, but a heads up. Because it does the job I wanted to rate it well, but it getting hot while charging is a bit of a concern for me, so due to not being able to have quite the piece of mind I wanted I docked a star.
