makes clean up much easier
I was very reluctant to buy this parchment paper after reading some reviews saying that it could cause fire. But I decided to try it because I recently bought a Breville air fryer (mini oven type) and I soon learned yhat it is very, very hard to clean the basket and the baking pan. I'm very happy I decided to buy this parchment paper because it really makes clean up much easier. And as long as I have food covering the corners of the paper, I haven't had any problems with the paper being lifted or causing any fire at all. I use it every time I use the air fryer basket now. Because the paper has holes, I also use a baking pan covered with aluminum foil on the bottom rack to catch any drips of oil/juices. To cover the baking pan, I make sure the size of the aluminum foil is larger than the pan and I tuck in the foil at the corners so the foil will not be loose on the pan.

Good product, holds oil and crumbs.
These are great. I cut them to fit my trays. The oil beads on these sheets rather than dripping below. ONE CAUTION: if your food is not holding down the sheet at each end, the air fryer blows it around. Mine was bent at one end and blackened by the burner at the top of my oven. I’m sure it can happen with other sheets.

Air fryer NECESSITY!!
I recently purchased a double basket air fryer and got these thinking they’d help with clean up. Turns out they really don’t but what the DO is even better: these allow you to put food that normally wouldn’t work in your air fryer.Example: leftover pizza (no brained) but leftover chicken enchiladas & lasagna???? Omg, you haven’t LIVED until you’ve eaten enchiladas out of the air fryer. The top gets golden & bubbly, it’s beautiful. And these handy sheets allow you to place and remove these kind of messy items without the cheese, etc. going everywhere. Tilt your basket, punch the edge of the paper and slide it right out.I’m a cheapskate so I reuse them a couple times too! Great gift for an air fryer addict!I’m not a fan of tray air fryers, which is why we upgraded to a basket but these would absolutely work with the trays too.

Great for Instant Vortex Plus XL air fryer
These were great for first staging my sausage patties (1/4 lb burger size), then using a long spatula to move to one of the dual zone baskets. I love these Botto sausage patties, but I am grateful that the perforated holes allowed the excess grease to drain down to the bottom.Thank you, previous reviewers, for alerting me to trim the parchment when not needing the full length.

Great for air fryer/counter top ovens
I bought these to use in our air fryer/oven. They are the perfect size to fit on the rack or in the tray. There are several ventilation holes to ensure items are heated through.

Use with care
I bought these to fit my Cuisinart air fryer/convection oven/toaster combo appliance. They do a great job of making the air fryer basket easier to keep clean, and I've used them for a while for french fries, crab cakes, and other items that filled the basket. BUT BEWARE!!! Tonight, I cooked a smaller item (just 1 serving for my husband) that I placed in the center of the paper/fryer basket. I turned on the timer, did something else in the kitchen and when I looked back, the paper had been blown upwards by the air and was on fire. Fortunately, I was able to remove it and extinguish the flames before it became a catastrophe. So...be very careful that the edges/corners are weighed down by whatever you are cooking.
