The product is really great can exactly like it shows in the picture. But I think there is an important Distinction between personalized and personalize-able.. these are personalize-able. They do Not personalize them for you. You have to do that yourself. Otherwise good product.

Overrated
They are cute but really hard to write on. Sharpie bleeds on the ribbon and makes it difficult to read the name. When I switched to a fine point sharpie thinking that would help, it just snagged the ribbon. Would not recommend.
