We are sorry to tell that this item is for DIY crafts and there is no booklet.

Q: is there a way to order a bunch of the needles? Trying to do this with a bunch of people at once and other needles I ordered don't fit the holes.

You can order blunt end tapestry needles right here from Amazon. Be sire to get the ones they sell in the little plastic tubes. They work.the best. Good luck!
