Well packaged
Mesured ~25 1/2 inches by 16 7/8 (let's call that 17 shall we). Well packaged. All in all, as advertised. The bags are folded in half, buy not tightly. The O2 absorbers are in the middle. The only thing that would make this better is if the O2 absorbers were individually sealed. I knew they were not going into this purchase. Would I purchase again, yes.

Mylar bags
I have not used these yet, so can't comment on freshness since that has not been "tested", but they appear to be sturdy and durable and I expect, especially with the oxygen absorbers that they will ensure freshness. Thank you!

Nice thick durable bags, great quality.
7 mill thickness is nice. These feel like a good quality heavy weight bags and they seal well. I wouldn't hesitate to use these with or without a bucket.

Not Sure About the Oxygen Absorbers
The oxygen absorbers sent with these bags are quite small, looking more like the 300cc I have used in the past. Having done a LOT of work with O2 absorbers, I only now buy and work with 2000cc and 500cc. The packets shipped in this box are significantly smaller than even the 500cc packets. There is no designation on the packets as to their size. I am not confident that these are sufficient for the 5 gallon buckets. In fact, at this moment, several hours after sealing grain in the bags, I see NO sign of shrinkage which would indicate the oxygen absorbers are the correct size. I will likely have to cut open and reseal these bags, adding 4 smaller O2 packets instead of what was shipped, and what I paid for, in this purchase.
