I bought these to add to simmering potpourri packets. There are a lot of broken pieces, but overall I’m satisfied with these. Two per packet seems to be the right amount without overwhelming the mixture.

I use star anise for my chicken wings and drummies recipe. I will reorder when these are gone. Full-flavored richness.
