Excellent medicine for older men. I bought it a second time for my dad, as it works very well for him. I recommend it if you're looking for a good medication.

I’m a 61 yr old man. I take blood pressure med ( Beta Blocker / Bystolic ) & Zoloft for mild depression. One of these meds after several years has caused me to get calf pains, muscle aches, & spasms all over my body. I’m sure of it. Even my Accupunturist couldn’t help me. Had a ultra sound of calf’s to see if I had a blood clot. Negative. One week of taking one pill of Magnesium Citrate daily and miraculously the pains are almost all gone. Magnesium is so important to our bodies and plays such an important role. Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It helps to maintain normal nerve and muscle function, supports a healthy immune system, keeps the heart beat steady, and helps bones remain strong. It also helps regulate blood glucose levels and aid in the production of energy and protein. Most of the population is deficient in this vital mineral. The only side effect I’ve experienced thus far is loose bowel movements once a day. I can deal with that as it may take my body time to adjust. Don’t be scared, try it. Most of the medical profession won’t tell you about the benefits of Magnesium because it won’t pay for their Mercedes. Big Pharma makes money off of sick people. I’m picky about my supplements and their ingredients. Reading reviews of magnesium products on Amazon reveals common quality/production issues with capsules broken in every bottle. I was buying Dr. Mercola’s Magnesium Theonate, but there were so many broken capsules that I finally lost confidence in the quality and began researching other options. I found the LES Labs brand of Magnesium Citrate and I’m very happy. There are no questionable ingredients and I sleep well and don’t get muscle cramps. The quality of capsules is excellent and consistent. It’s a good product and is delivering the results I want.

My husband takes these before bed. He takes 1 and it helps him to relax and feel tired. It still takes about an hour or so to fall asleep and he doesn't stay asleep for long, but even though he still wakes up alot during the night, he's able to fall back to sleep for short spurts throughout the night. He only takes 1 per night. Not sure if taking 2 would help him Stat asleep? Might try that.

Great product. I sleep great and wake up energized ready for the day. I recommend these vitamins to anyone.

The capsules aren't too big. They are easy to swallow
