Decent product. Be sure to take advantage of the 3 year manufacturer replacement warranty.
I have a bunch of these covers for my outdoor furniture and yes, they crack, and fade, and tear. But so does every type of cover out there (including much more expensive ones). But these are relatively inexpensive and they have a full 3 year manufacturer replacement warranty for cracks and tears, etc... When they start to fail, I check Amazon to see when I purchased it and if I am still within my original 3 year warranty period I take a photo of the issue, fill out the warranty form on the Classic Accessories website, and put in a warranty claim via their website (you can submit online). I have never had an issue with them sending a replacement and that way I can keep my covers refreshed. You can spend a lot more on covers, but they are all going to have similar issues eventually.

Cracks and tears after a year
Bought on Amazon about a year ago based on the reviews and was extremely happy. Almost a year later it just started cracking and tearing with minimal use, and now is completely useless (see pics).UPDATE: As advised by the responses, I reached out to the manufacturer and were happy to send a replacement after I provided pictures of the cover and label, and a copy of my receipt. After two years it's holding up ok, however the difference between the first one and this one is, the first one was sitting in the Florida sun, while this one is covered and not exposed to the sun. So my conclusion is that this cover will not last when exposed to harsh sun, however will give you a couple good years if covered and not exposed to a lot of sunlight.

Won't Last More Than 2 Yrs...But What Do You Expect for $27
I know a BBQ should be an easy thing to cover and you would expect it to keep your BBQ free from the elements, but if you're hoping for 10 years of service, with no tears and no fading, then expect to pay $100+ for the BBQ cover of your dreams. For $27, I think this cover was OK, but as you can see in the pics, in less than 2 years it has basically fallen apart. As you can see, it's time for a new cover, as my grill is starting to rust from from the tears in the cover. But my expectations are not the same for the Veranda grill cover as that of my Big Green Egg, which costs significantly more and fits like a glove. Keep in mind, most grill have sharp side edges, so it's not unusual to get a tear when sliding the cover on/off, but this cover developed its most significant tears at the top, near the holds to pull it off the BBQ, so the stress points where the handholds are located could probably use reinforcement.I would purchase another Veranda, but instead, I opted for another cheap $20 cover, just to see what the difference might be. I'm guessing similar results (no more than 2 yr lifespan). I'm guessing my review on the new cover will be in 12-20 months.Interesting though...I read through the reviews of a few of the cheap covers (this is a cheap cover folks) and everyone raves about them when they get their cover, but read closely to see how many have lasted through 2 or 3 winters. Not many.

Update - Good product, just ensure you get what you ordered from Amazon
Updated - Still be careful about the product that arrives, but after I received the right product from Amazon, I've adjusted the review. I've also got one of Classic Accessories (the manufacturer) covers for my A/C unit that covers my unit for about five months a year. I've had good luck with the products.I ordered this grill cover from Amazon back on April 15, 2016 and reordered the "same" item on July 20, 2016. Buyer beware, the materials are TOTALLY different. Previous "Veranda" products I purchased (grill cover and AC unit cover) had a much better, thick, nylon cloth material. The new product I received is thin sailcloth at best. See the zipper on the top of the cover in the photos? Not there with this product. Total bait and switch. I'm asking for my money back and I'm NOT paying for return shipping since the product in the photos IS NOT what I received ... I know, I ordered the product back in April and got what is shown, they made a change. In the photos attached, the "new" version (sailcloth) is laid over the previous materials that are MUCH better.

OK but was expecting it to last longer
I bought this just over 3 years ago in June 2015. I really liked it originally as it fit well on my Weber Spirit SP310 grill and seemed heavy duty and would provide year round protection (it's exposed to rain, snow, and direct sunlight).Mine appears to have held up better than those of other reviewers, but tears near the seams started between 2 and 2 1/2 years. Unfortunately I found out I waited too long and I'm past the 3 year warranty. While the Weber cover I had before held up for a couple of years longer, this was 1/2 the price, so I can't complain too much. Having said that I'll be seeing if there are other covers which from the reviews seem to hold up better to replace it.

Poor quality shows in less than one year.
Pretty disappointed with this cover. I am not like everyone and do not expect a cover to last forever because anything that is constantly exposed to the sun and the elements will degrade over time. Expectantly when a cover is relatively cheap. However I do expect it to last at least a couple years. I bought this cover in mid march of 2016 for a new grill I purchased. The grill cover was faded and stained by the end of the summer which I said it is what it is. However I am disappointed that now i have multiple tears on the top of the cover now. So now during a heavy rain my cover will no longer stay dry. It states that this cover comes with a 3 year warranty. I am going to submit a claim and see if they will replace it but if not this was definitely a waste of money. I have a kitchen aid cover on my other small grill that has been on there for almost 4 years with minor fading and no tears and that cover came free with the grill.

Well worth the three year warranty
This is being used on an old Outback Grill and was first pleased that it was significantly cheaper than the one offered by Outback (-£22). It's got a cool pocket for storing items and also noticed the vents on each side. Furthermore, it started raining this morning, and noticed it beads off instantly, unlike the previous ones I've purchased.

Probably too big for my particular bbq but great quality and being able to secure around the legs ...
Probably too big for my particular bbq but great quality and being able to secure around the legs stops it getting dragged about on windy days. It's like an old fashioned canvas tent material so very sturdy.
